The core courses in the major provide a study of the several sub disciplines in Geomatics: land surveying, land development, photogrammetry, remote sensing, geodesy, and geographic information systems (GIS).The eighteen semester hour minor provides the opportunity to prepare for a specific job opportunity after graduation, business ownership, or graduate school.
